We are so excited you’ve chosen to become a Willow & Willow Bride! Now it’s time to sort out the finer details! We have made the ordering process simple and easy so there is no stress or doubting yourself when making the selections.

After you have selected the style of your dreams, we need your size and wedding date. You will select your size in the drop down bar. The size chart is listed here for guidance. Your dress will be made with the measuremnts that match the size you have chosen. It is important to get measured by an alterations service as this is the best way your dress will fit exactly to your body.

Once the order is confirmed, we will begin production and notify you once finished!

We are always available on email to ask any questions or queries you may have about your order. Please don’t hesitate to contact us.

All standard orders take a duration of 5 months in production with an additional 3 weeks shipping, this can vary depending on your location outside of Australia. Please email info@willowandwinterbridal.com for a more accurate timeframe with your wedding date.

We accept rushes with a timeframe of 2-4 months. Please note, if you place an order with your Wedding Date one month out from ordering, we will unfortunately need to cancel your order. Please contact info@willowandwinterbridal.com if you require an urgent rush.

YAY! Your dress has arrived. Now is the time to try on your dream dress. Please make sure the dress is tried on in a clean space whilst wearing no makeup or creams.

You will see that your dress has been made with the size you confirmed upon ordering. It is normal to need alterations on some parts of the dress.

If you find there is a slight mistake with the measurements, please send information and photos to info@willowandwinterbridal.com immediately to oversee.

In the event that your dress arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nfo@willowandwinterbridal.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We have a strict policy that no returns, refunds or exchanges can be made. Your dress has been made with the measurements specifically ordered by you . Please make sure you review your order before purchasing.

Once your order is placed we are unable to make any changes to the order unless agreed and discussed with a WWB team member.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING -

We have a flat rate of $60 AUD Australia wide. Orders generally take 2-8 business days to arrive from date of dispatch. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -

We have a flat rate of 140AUD for International shipping. Orders generally take up to 15 business days to arrive from date of dispatch. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

Import duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the price you see online and are at the responsibility of the buyer. Payment of duties and taxes are due at collection/delivery.

If your parcel is being returned to sender for failing to collect, the receiver will be liable for the cost to resend parcel.
