All our dresses are made as shown in the photo. If you after anything different or have any questions please email info@willowandwinterbridal.com

We do not offer any custom changes online. If you are wanting a change to your choosen style, you will need to visit your closest stockists where they'll be able to help you with the change you're after. This is only avilable if you are ordering through the store.

Trunk Shows are an event held in Bridal Stores. Trunk shows are traveling style capsules with every gown from that season! A trunk show gives stores and brides the opportunity to view every style within a collection, including gowns that may not have been on your radar or been ordered as a sample in your store. Unfortunately we do not accept returns or change or mind.

Our team will contact you to confirm the size and wedding date. Your gown will commence production and go through a thorough quality check by our team who then pack and dispatch your order.

Import duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the price you see online and are at the responsibility of the buyer. Payment of duties and taxes are due at collection/delivery.

Our Ready To Ship range are dresses apart of our collection that are available to order now and be shipped to you 2 days after ordering. This is perfect for last minute brides or brides wanting their dress right when ordering without the 5 month wait time!

In the event that your dress arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible atnfo@willowandwinterbridal.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
